1.Agreement
By using Terna Travel (ternatravel.com) you agree to these terms. The platform is operated from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by the team behind it. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2.What the platform provides
Terna is a trip-planning tool: it builds day-by-day travel plans from a human-curated venue database, with realistic routes and local guidance. A plan is an aid to your decisions, not an obligation; final verification of any detail (opening hours, prices, bookings) is your responsibility before relying on it.
3.Halal dining guidance
Terna's halal guidance is editorial judgment based on curation and research — not a religious ruling, not a fatwa, and not a certification. A recommendation means a venue is, in our editorial judgment, suitable for halal-seeking travelers; it may not hold formal certification. Menus and preparation change; final verification to your own standard is your responsibility on site. Where a certification badge appears, it states its scope (certified kitchen vs. certified dishes).
4.Cost estimates
Figures marked “estimated” are indicative ranges derived from destination price bands — not quotes and not commitments. Actual prices are set by the venues at time of purchase.
5.Packages and services — a request, not a booking
Displaying a package or service at a stated price is an invitation to submit an interest request, not a confirmed booking or a concluded contract. After you submit a request, our team contacts you to confirm availability; the price shown at request time is the price we confirm at, without renegotiation. No commitment is complete until explicit confirmation by our team and agreement on a payment method.
Our Ministry of Tourism licence number will be published on this page once it is issued.
6.Accounts
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity on your account. Information you provide must be accurate. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7.Acceptable use
Prohibited: abusing or attempting to disrupt the platform, automated scraping, reselling the editorial database, impersonation, or any use contrary to Saudi law.
8.Intellectual property
Platform content — the editorial venue database, texts, designs, and the Terna mark — belongs to the operator or its licensors. Your personal plans are yours to use and print for your own trips.
9.Limitation of liability
The platform is provided “as is” without implied warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from reliance on plans or information, including changed hours, prices, closures, or dish availability. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; its courts and tribunals have jurisdiction.
